Anika Dane is a freelance author and blogger who writes on a wide range of topics including geek culture, character inspired fashion, media consumption, mental health, marketing, feminism, fairy tales, and young adult literature. Anika’s educational background is in the arts, sociology, and women’s studies, and she has held positions in marketing, design, and children’s theater. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies (Social Sciences). Anika currently works at Wesleyan University and is raising two daughters in Connecticut.
