Blogs and Podcasts
I’ve contributed to various blogs and podcasts for over a decade. My main topics of interest are feminism, fandom history, family and parenting, fashion and costuming, fairy tales and Disney, genre media, pop culture, modern mythology, and mental health awareness. I’ve specialized in science fiction and fantasy television and film, as well as musical theater, and superhero comic books and their adaptations. Academically, I study the intersection between social sciences and pop culture and recently completed a Masters at Wesleyan University.
Conventions and Conferences
I have years of experience pitching, developing, and presenting panels at pop culture conventions across the country. I can assist in crafting your ideas, designing your presentation, wrangling your schedule, connecting speakers, and moderating panels. And I am highly skilled in virtual conferencing!
I am also an experienced event coordinator and stage manager. I can manage guests, vendors, staff, and volunteers on site to make your event run smoothly. I enjoy creating order from chaos!
